- Lunar Phase: 2nd Quarter begins on Tuesday, March 28
- Saturday-Wednesday: Moon in the sign of Gemini - Harvest, cultivate, and weed
- It’s recommended to remove any Ivy that is crawling up the trunk of trees or into the canopy of trees and shrubs. While it looks attractive, if left untouched the ivy will suffocate and kill the trees and/or plants.

- Your favorite garden center has a great selection of flowering trees, vines, and shrubs for both sunny and shady areas.
Other Things To-do
- The transmitter is camouflaged by placing it under an overturned flowerpot. You can then set it near a birdbath, or bird feeder. It is a great alternative to talk radio.
- After pruning Crape Myrtle trees or bushes be sure to fertilize with 16-16-16. It’s critical to encourage new growth as Crape Myrtle blooms only on this year's growth.
- And finally, feed Citrus, lemons, limes, oranges, etc. monthly now with Citrus Food through November.
- The area around newly planted trees and shrubs should be cultivated often. This prevents the soil from crusting over and it‘s a deterrent for new weeds as you disturb the newly germinated weed seeds.
